2. Nature of Services & Delivery

  • Digital Goods: All products sold on PVAify IT are digital goods. No physical items will be shipped.
  • Delivery: Upon successful payment verification, the account credentials and related data will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery times are generally instant but may take up to 24 hours depending on stock availability and security checks.

3. Account Usage and Client Responsibility

  • Proper Usage: Clients are strictly advised to use dedicated residential or mobile proxies (matching the account’s registered country) and anti-detect browsers when accessing the digital assets.
  • Post-Delivery Responsibility: Once the account credentials are delivered and successfully logged into by the Client, the Company is no longer responsible for the account’s status. We do not control the algorithms of third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks, banks, crypto platforms).
  • Bans and Suspensions: The Company is not liable for accounts that get banned, suspended, or restricted due to aggressive marketing, spamming, using cheap datacenter proxies, or violating the respective platform’s terms of service.

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

  • Replacement Guarantee: We offer a specific warranty period (as mentioned on the individual product page) for our accounts. If an account is found defective or requires re-verification upon first login within this warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.
  • No Refunds: Due to the sensitive and irrevocable nature of digital assets, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds once the digital goods have been delivered. If an issue arises within the warranty period, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
  • Voiding the Warranty: The replacement warranty is immediately voided if the Client changes the account’s primary email, password, or security settings before the warranty period ends, or if the account is flagged due to the Client’s IP abuse.

5. Prohibited Activities

By purchasing from PVAify IT, you agree NOT to use our digital assets for:

  • Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Money laundering or financing of illegal organizations (specifically regarding banking and crypto setups).
  • Harassment, hate speech, or distributing prohibited content.
  • Disclaimer: PVAify IT provides digital infrastructure strictly for legitimate digital marketing, SEO, and business scaling purposes. The Client assumes full legal responsibility for how the accounts are utilized after purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PVAify IT, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or the purchased digital assets. We are not responsible for any financial loss, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, PVAify IT and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
